USE
The rewinding unit is designed for smooth supplying of welding machines with polyethylene foil with optional widths from 250 to 1500mm.
FUNCTION
The equipment consists of carriers of foil that is wound on a hollow, and adjustable cones clamping them to the unwinding rod. A sliding electric motor, pushed by a rubber-coated wheel to the foil ensures filling of the following roller compensator. Its filling is detected by a contact-free sensor that provides a contact-free control of run of the motor. The customer only specifies maximum speed of feeding of the foil in the next machine and maximum width of the processed foil. Electric installation can be included in delivery of the machine or it can be completely separate.
ADVANTAGES
Automatic operation requires only attendance with replacement of rolls of the rewound foil.
