USE
They are used for the quick fastening of cores on the winding shafts in the axial winding.
FUNCTION
The core is fastened on the spindle using pneumatically expanded strip carriers. This ensures the precise centring and carrying of paper cores in the course of the winding or unwinding of plastic foil paper or textile. The advantage is the possibility of compressed air feeding through winding (unwinding). Fastening without need of compressed air pistol. The fastening and releasing of cores is controlled by means of a hand-operated valve at the end face of the spindle or through a solenoid valve.
ADVANTAGES
The use of the equipment makes easier the operation in the course of the replacement of cores on the winding and rewinding machines. The handling in the fastening and releasing is very simple and quick as it does not require any additional aids.
