USE
The unwinding unit is designed for smooth feeding of machines for welding of foils with optional width from 250 to 1500mm.
FUNCTION
The equipment consists of carriers of unwound foil roll hollows that are clamped to the rod using adjustable cones. A sliding electric motor, pushed by a rubber-coated wheel to the foil ensures filling of the following roller compensator. Its filling is detected by a contact-free sensor that provides a contact-free control of run of the motor. The customer only specifies maximum speed of feeding of the foil in the following machine and maximum width of the processed foil. Run of the equipment is independent automatically on electric installation of the next machine.
ADVANTAGES
Completely independent accessory equipment requires only attendance with replacement of rolls of the rewound foil.
