USE:
The machine can be used for the press moulding of plastic or rubber products into 460 x 140 mm moulded pieces. The equipment also facilitates the forming of moulded pieces using pressure air. This pressing machine is used if the mould clamping can be realised by means of force generated by pressure air.
FUNCTION
The pressing machine is a double-deck one; it means that it is possible to prepare on one deck the material to be processed and to form the product by press moulding, or by vulcanisation in the case or rubber, on the other deck. The press moulding cycle is controlled by means of a processor control system; the cycle start is however controlled by the operating personnel by means of moving a safety barrier from one deck to the other. The control system blocks the closing or opening of individual decks if the safety conditions are not fulfilled according to the opinion of the machine operating personnel. The press moulding period is entered by the operating personnel using a change-over switch on the electrical switchboard. It can be entered in seconds or minutes, as required by the user.
The pressing machine moulds can be cooled down using non-drinking water or tempered by means of a suitable heat exchange unit. Even the combination of the electrical resistance heating and cooling down with water is possible.
ADVANTAGES:
A small built-up area and easy and safe control. Energy non-intensive operation and minimum demands for maintenance. Simple and well-proven design. Supply of moulds according to the requirements of customers.
Favourable acquisition costs.
