USE

The equipment is sued for extruding of PE and PP with completion of co-extrusion solution of an extruding assembly of lines.

FUNCTION

Extruding machine with diameter of the worm 18mm, whose geometry is always optimised for the processed material, is composed of two zones heated using heating resistor strips to temperature measured by thermocouple sensors type J. The input zone is cooled by an air cooler that can be equipped with an electric fan if necessary. A hopper with viewing window provides smooth feeding of granulate to the extruding machine. The worm is driven by a servo-drive through a planetary gearbox. The servo-drive control electronics is in a separate switchboard that also includes control equipment of the machine. The extruding machine is fitted with fixing points for fixing to a rack that can be delivered as accessories upon a customer’s request. Temperature regulation circuits are used from regulation of the main extruding machine, or a double contactfree microprocessor temperature regulator can be supplied as a separate equipment.

ADVANTAGES

The extruding machine as a compact unit with small dimensions allows installation even at complicated coextrusion solutions of extruding assemblies. After small modifications the machine can be incorporated in a line also in vertical position.
